Transfer Year Experience
The Transfer Year Experience is a theme community designed to address the transitional needs and concerns of incoming transfer students. The programs provided to residents of this community offer assistance in navigating the U-M campus and help students connect with others.
Participants in the Transfer Year Experience will live at Northwood I, an apartment complex dedicated to undergraduate students and located on Michigan’s North Campus. Meal plans are optional for Transfer Year Experience students.
If you are interested in being part of this community, look for the "Transfer Year Experience" label when searching for rooms on the Housing application for transfer students. A limited number of spaces are available.
