All rooms are smoke-free, have access to wireless internet, are cooled by an air cooling system (not central air), and have a private bathroom. A limited number of rollaway beds are available for an additional charge. Linen packets are provided that contain top and bottom sheets, pillow case, bath towel, and wash cloth. If necessary, pillows and a light blanket can also be provided.

Rates and room preferences are subject to availability.

NOTE: We do not assign roommates - individuals reserving double rooms are responsible for payment of room and providing roommate name to Conference Services at the time of reservation. The room will be billed to one guest.

You must be affiliated with the program or group you are registering for.

All room rates are per night. Please provide us with a credit card number to pay for your stay. Your credit card will be charged at the time you make your reservation.

If cancellation is necessary, please contact our office 48 hours in advance of check-in at 734-764-5297 to avoid any penalty. Guests who do not cancel 48 hours prior to arrival and guests who to not check-in on their scheduled arrival date will be charged one night’s stay.

Parking Information

Please be advised that Conference Services no longer sells parking permits for summer guests. Please refer to the information below. 

Street parking meters cost approximately $1.40/hour between 8 am and 6 pm, otherwise they are free. Please be advised, however, that street parking meters are scarce and parking enforcement is very strict — the fine for an expired parking meter is $10 to $20, and after several tickets you risk the inconvenience and the expense of several hundred dollars if your car is towed.
