at this time will automatically be assessed $100 as the deadline
date for submission was 5 p.m. Monday, April 21st.
Extended stays will not be allowed in Mary Markley Hall . This building will be closed immediately at the end of Winter Term in order to accommodate Spring/Summer Term occupancy. However, if you are a current Markley resident, enrolled for spring classes and residing in Markley Hall, please contact Office Coordinator Robin McArdle-Weaver, to facilitate the move to your new room. Encoded keycard access to residence halls expires at 11 am on April 26. If your extended stay is approved, you must go to your front desk prior to the standard move-out time to have your keycard re-encoded. Otherwise, you will be locked out of your room. Fee Exception: Residents that fall into one of the categories listed below may remain in their residence hall without charge until the specified date and time indicated. Residents must submit an extended stay application and receive approval from their Office Coordinator in order to avoid fees.
Intercollegiate Varsity Student Athletes - Residents
competing in intercollegiate sports during Move-Out weekend may request
an extended stay in their room until 12 noon, Monday, April 28. These
students will then move to South Quad for temporary housing.
