University Housing is your new home in Ann Arbor. With 15 halls and 10,000 residents, it is the 6th largest campus housing program in the country! We're proud to provide you with everything you need for living at Michigan.
When you first arrive, if you find that a University-provided furnishing or fixture (e.g. mirror, towel rack) is broken or missing, or that there is a facilities problem (e.g. jammed door lock) contact FIX-IT online or at (76)3-4948 for assistance. The Room Condition Inventory form you will be given to complete at Move-In does not serve as a maintenance request; you must contact FIX-IT for such requests.
