Helen Newberry Residence is the oldest all-female residence hall at the University of Michigan. It is located in the heart of Central Campus near the Michigan Union, Angell Hall, the University of Michigan Museum of Art and many other University buildings, as well as downtown Ann Arbor. Helen Newberry shares facilities and resident staff with the adjacent Betsy Barbour Residence, and is home to the Adelia Cheever Program.
