Winter Term-Break Housing

Hall Closings

All residence halls will be closed during the winter term break and students are required to find alternative housing. All halls must be vacated by 7:00 pm on December 20, 2012. The residence halls will reopen at 9:00 am on January 6, 2013. Very limited services will be available in Northwood Community Apartments.

Winter Term-Break Accommodations

For residents who cannot return to their homes during the winter break, a limited number of spaces in the Northwood Apartments will be available for short-term housing.

Northwood Apartments are now filled to capacity.

Reservation Information

The rate per student per night is $15.00, which will be billed to your student account. This will be for a shared apartment with private bedroom in Northwood IV or V. Priority will be given to students who need lodging the entire time period that the residence halls are closed.

To cancel your reservation, please email our Term Break Coordinator or call 734.764.4276. Cancellations must be received prior to December 18, 2012 at 5:00 pm to avoid cancellation fees.
