The Community Center for residents of Northwood I, II, & III is a place where residents can gather and socialize. It provides residents with information, service, and resources. The location includes a work room, huddle room for small meetings, TV room/gathering space, and an administrative office.
We invite you to take advantage of the unique resources the Community Center has to offer and participate in the variety of community building activities organized by your Community Assistants, Resident Advisors, Diversity Peer Educators and Peer Academic Success Specialists. Our goal is to help you get the most from your Northwood experience.

Community Center Services
Residents come to the Community Center for a variety of services, including:
- Bicycle tire pumps
- Ethernet cables
- Hand cart/blue bins
- Jumper cables
- Small hand tools
- Snow shovels
- Sports equipment
- Vacuum cleaners
Mail & Package Delivery
Addressed mail and small packages sent through the Postal Service are placed in residents' cluster boxes. Packages that are too large to fit into the cluster boxes are either delivered to the Community Center or left at the front door of the residence. Residents will receive notification if a package is delivered to the Community Center.
Mail Forwarding
File a forwarding address with the US Postal Service. Northwood cannot forward your mail for you. You should fill out a mail forwarding form, available at post offices or at the front desk. Forms are also available online. If your mail will be forwarded to an address outside of the United States, you should go to a post office to arrange for mail forwarding in person. Nearby post offices are located at 3000 Green Road, 1214 South University, and 200 E. Liberty.
