		Preparing your ResStaff Application Preparing How to prepare for your interview and essay questions. Essay Questions Questions are available in Microsoft Word (doc) format and Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format. Remember - if you apply for an APA or MPA/A position you must complete these required essays as well. Grievances Candidates who feel they have not been treated in accordance with the stated policies, procedures, or criteria for a specific area or position, can file a WRITTEN grievance within five (5) work days of the occurrence precipitating the complaint.
