Spring/Summer 2012 Application Timeline
The process of hiring Spring/Summer resident staff begins in early February and ends in March with hiring notification.
Please complete the application including all required essay questions. Your essay questions will be evaluated by members of the professional staff in Residence Education. Your scores on essay questions will determine if you are offered an interview.
If you are offered an interview you will be notified over email. Interviews will be approximately one hour. This interview will include behavior-based questions. A professional staff member from Residence Education or Conferences and Summer Camps Services will conduct the interview.
If you are still interested in applying for a Spring/Summer Traditional RA, Conference RA, DPE, and/or PASS position there will be an opportunity to submit a late application at the end of March until the end of April. Applicants will only be contacted for an interview when our alternate pool has been exhausted.
