Alternate Pool

Being placed in the alternate pool means we had more applicants than vacancies available for hire.

You are in the first category of students to be considered for any openings that may occur in our ResStaff team. Unfortunately, we are unable to predict when, or even if, openings will occur.

Should an opening occur, the hiring supervisor would review the alternate files at the Housing Administration Office. If they are interested in hiring you, they will contact you via phone or e-mail.

Grievances
Candidates who feel they have not been treated in accordance with the stated policies, procedures, or criteria for a specific area or position, can file a WRITTEN grievance within five (5) work days of the occurrence precipitating the complaint.
