Television Fees
2008-2009 Northwood Housing Cablevision fee: $31.00* per month
and split between occupants. (effective 7/1/2008– 6/30/2009)

Cable service is automatically activated and billed one month in advance.
We prorate by the half-month only.
Cancel
Cable Service
Residents who opt out of cable service by completing the
cable cancel web form, will have any credit due applied to their University
Student Account within 6 weeks.
Reactivate
Cable Service
If you have previously cancelled your cable service and now wish
to have it RE-ACTIVATED, there is a one-time $12.50 reconnect fee in addition
to the monthly service fee. Re-activation usually takes 7-10 days.
Modify
Cable Bill
Residents may exclude other residents from the monthly fee by submitting
the Modify Billing web form. Residents, who are not excluded, agree to
pay the full monthly fee.

Channel Line-up
The channel line-up is subject to changes. The current Ann Arbor channel line-up for the “Preferred Basic” service that is provided to your apartment can be found on the Comcast website www.comcast.com under the programming tab.

TV Connection Guide
For information about connecting your TV to the cable outlet, refer to
your TV’s’ owner‘s manual.
Be sure to bring the appropriate remote controls for your TV, VCR, or
DVD player. Setting up your TV on a new cable system usually requires
running auto setup via the menu button on your remote control.
***Note: If you are moving out of the Northwood apartment, it is not necessary
to cancel the "Basic" cable service that is provided through
the University. However, it is the responsibility of each resident to
discontinue any additional services that they may have requested through
Comcast (i.e., HBO, CINEMAX,
, INTERNET Service, etc.)
