All residence hall rates include the 150 Block Meal Plan. Students living in a residence hall are required to purchase a meal plan for both Fall and Winter Terms. If you select a different meal plan, there may be an additional cost.

Northwood I & II Apartments

The following estimated rates are provided to help you in planning your living expenses for the coming year.

  • The table below indicates the highest amount a student might pay for the 2012-2013 academic year for a Northwood I or II apartment.
  • These spaces have bedroom(s), a bath and a kitchen. Residents are responsible for cleaning baths.
  • Meal plans are optional for Northwood I or II residents and are not included in the maximum rates listed below.
