Housing sign-up is the process through which current University Housing students can elect to remain in on-campus housing for the upcoming academic year (Fall-Winter 2008-09). You can select either your same room /apartment or a different room/ apartment for the upcoming academic year. The links to the left offer more details regarding these options and the complete timeline of the process.

  • January 16 - 24 Sign contract electronically for same room/ Northwood III apartment - if eligible
  • January 23 - February 1 Register online for current hall/Northwood III drawing. Please note new start date. Any students who registered prior to January 23 must re-register, due to an error in our system
  • January 31 Housing Tour
  • February 5 Drawing results posted in each hall and the Northwood III North Place
  • February 7 Select a room in your same hall/same Northwood III complex based on lottery results
  • February 8 - 13 Register online for Northwood III campus-wide apartment selection
  • February 14 - 19 Sign contract electronically for room/apartment selected on February 7and for MLC students who selected rooms during the MLC room selection process
  • February 15 Lottery results for Northwood III campus-wide selection emailed to students
  • February 15 - 22 Register online for campus-wide drawing
  • February 20 Northwood III campus-wide apartment selection and contract signing
  • March 3 Drawing results posted for campus-wide room/apartment selection
  • March 5 Room/apartment selection and contract signing for males
  • March 6 Room/apartment selection and contract signing for females
  • March 19 Waitlist sign up for students with a 2008-2009 contract - bring picture ID
