Missed the Sign-Up Process or Living Off-Campus?

If you miss the final sign-up deadline of March 6 for females and March 5 for males, you will NOT be offered a space at a later time as a student participating in the sign-up process. You will have the same priority as an off-campus student. Applications will be available on March 12 and 13 at the Housing Information Office on a first-come, first-served basis.

Contracts will need to be signed that day.

For undergraduate students currently living off-campus and current residence hall / Northwood III residents who did not sign for a space during the Sign-up Process, 2-bedroom apartments in Northwood III will most likely be able to be available. A determination will be made by University Housing in mid-March.
